喜多川歌麿作、浮世絵「婦人相学十躰」シリーズの一作「かねつけ」を現代風にアレンジした作品。現代のビューティースタンダードに無理やり合わせようとする姿を表現している。タイトルの「BTS」はビハインド・ザ・シーン、ビューティースタンダード、ビヨンド・ザ・スタンダードの複数の意味をかけている。
